Bits Lab is Australia’s newest sim & gaming rewards club. We’re lucky enough to be able to offer you discounts for stores, Australia wide, whilst also offering you the chance to win the latest tech, sim and gaming prizes! 

The Bits Lab Loyalty Membership is the best way to gain access to our member offers and benefits. It’s a monthly subscription that gives you admittance to the Bits Lab Member Area where you get access to all our partner discounts, plus you’ll receive accumulating entries every month into our daily Bits Lab giveaways. All this for only $2 per week (billed monthly) with free cancellation, anytime.

Bits Lab giveaways are super easy and simple. Once you are a member, on top of saving money through our partner discounts, you’ll also get free entries to the  promotional prizes we have on offer. There are two ways that you can be a part of this.
1. Become a Bits Lab Loyalty Member through subscription and you will automatically be allocated entries into each giveaway promotion. 
Or
2. By purchasing either a Player, Boss, or Legend, access package for a specific giveaway itself.
 
You will receive an email with your entries and they are also visible by logging into the Bits Lab Members Portal!
Yes we do. We run a Daily Giveaway each day of the working week, Monday to Friday. We’d love to run giveaways on the weekend, but like you, we too need the weekend to recoup. Sometimes, if we get our hands on a gem of a prize, we may run a giveaway on the weekend to celebrate. We will be sure to let our members know!
The number of entries you get, depends on the tier of membership you have subscribed to. Remember, all your entries are accumulating as the months go on.
1. Player tier – you’ll receive 1 entry per month in any giveaway whilst you’re a member
2. Boss tier – you’ll receive 5 entries per month in any giveaway whilst you’re a member
3. Legend tier – you’ll receive 10 entries per month in any giveaway whilst you’re a member
If you’re a Bits Lab Loyalty Member, and you decide to upgrade or downgrade your membership, the changes will come into effect on your next billing date. Once the change comes into effect you will receive the amount of entries and access associated with that particular membership tier. When new giveaways are generated,  you will receive entries for the current tier of membership you hold, during that billing cycle. 
It’s so easy to keep up to date with all of your benefits. When you join, you’ll receive your log in details to your very own member dashboard. 
From that dashboard, you can access all the partner discounts, entries to the giveaways, giveaways access, and your profile information.

Your member dashboard will confirm all you entry and membership details. You will also receive monthly emails confirming your accumulating entries. 

No, you don’t have to, you can purchase a once off package on our giveaway page.
But, if you’re a Bits Lab Loyalty member you will automatically be entered into every promotional giveaway, and receive free accumulating entries each month you’re a member!

Yes, as long as you’re living within Australia and able to receive the prize here, you can enter. 

When you become a Bits Lab member or even purchase a package with us, you’ll need provide your contact details.
This is what we’ll use to surprise you if you’re our lucky winner!
Bits Lab is using Google’s guaranteed and trusted random number selector system, which will randomly select a winner.
This is posted live, on our social channels. As soon as  a winner is chosen, we will showcase the winning details on our website and social channels, so you can’t miss them! We will also contact each winner using the contact details they provided.
 
 
YES, all winners must provide photo evidence upon receiving their prize. Photo evidence is often requested by governing bodies and commissions. We also love to feature our previous winners with their win!

No. Rest assured we will NEVER sell your information. 

Yes, our giveaways are capped.

We have progress counters on all our giveaways, so you can see how close to the cap it is at any time!

If a giveaway reaches its cap, no more entrants can enter.
This means, no more one off packages will be available for the giveaway.

New subscriptions only have access to available giveaways, so if a subscription is created after the cap of a giveaway is reached, the subscriber wont receive any free entries into that draw as its full and unavailable.
